Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Aido mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Risewell Labs grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content, text, and prompts you generate or process using Aido ("User Content").

  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
  • AI Interactions: You acknowledge that Aido uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate text. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sharing or using it.

4. Marketplace & Preprompts

When you upload or share "Preprompts" (custom commands) to the Aido Marketplace:

  • License to Display: You grant Risewell Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your shared Preprompts within the App and related services.
  • No Malicious Content: You warrant that your Preprompts do not contain malicious instructions, hate speech, or content designed to trick the AI into harmful behavior.
  • Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove any Marketplace content at our sole discretion, without notice.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Google Gemini API: If you use your own API key, your usage is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
  • Firebase: Used for authentication and data storage.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. We explicitly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated text.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Risewell Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
